When I am not in a work computer, I create art and design in both digital and physical worlds. I am a reiki practitioner outside of work. I like to laugh, dance, hike, and travel.

Diverse and inclusive
It is my belief that due to my background in product design, information architecture, user research, and mental models, I am able to bring to the table innovative and fresh ideas. Being culturally experienced in different regions gives me a fresh perspective by taking into consideration the adaption of design strategies to cultural particularities.
I am a Microsoft chapter leader for HOLA, an employee resource group for the hispanic/latin community, and as a leader for the creative women in my organization. I present to stakeholders to get budget associated to the ERGs for investment on retention and growth for the Latinx community inside Microsoft.
